Marriott Witney (MW) is a contemporary illustrator/storyteller originally from the New Forest, Hampshire who now works in Poole, Dorset. She is a trained illustrator completing her studies at Arts University Plymouth (AUP) in 2026 with her work often focusing on depicting engaging narratives in media such as comics and zines. Her illustration aesthetic is drawn from an upbringing of watching cartoons everyday with her favourites including Adventure Time, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball and Over the Garden Wall. Marriott’s work is aimed towards Middle Grade and Young Adult audiences who enjoy a humorous narrative alongside eye-catching visuals reminiscent of her early artistic influences.
In her spare time she enjoys playing video games and music, watching films and taking long walks in the forest or by the beach. She regulary DJ’s in Bournemouth town centre but will also enjoy some quiet time with a good book!
